We specialize in the rotational grazing of yearling stocker calves.  Upon their arrival to the ranch, we settle the calves using Bud Williams' techniques, which causes them to be very easy to handle. The cattle are checked twice a day and moved to fresh grass every three days, which gives our pastures a forty-five day rest.  If doctoring is necessary, approximately 99% is done in the pasture using a bow with a medi-dart.  There is no need to run them, take them away from the herd or rope them when you can walk into the herd and move them around for a clean shot into the neck.  When you remove the idea from their brains that we are predators, most become far too friendly!!
Once in a while an "open" heifer results in the Normans and Peanuts of the world.  Great bottle calves for the grandkids!
60'X110' Indoor Riding Arena with a 24'X110' addition that houses 3 - 12'X12' stalls, 1-12'X24' foaling stall, a 12'X24' washrack, a 12'X24' heated office and tackroom with a viewing window into the foaling stall, a restroom, and hay storage.  Great place to be during the inclimate weather or working with a colt who needs to stay focused on it's lesson.  We have another 4 stall barn and three paddocks which have loafing sheds for our own and boarded horses to use.  Stalls are picked once a day if the horse has a full day turnout and twice if they are a stalled horse.  Therefore, everyone takes part in stall cleaning... even our grandson Gabe who has always helped with chores and projects.
